Training Multi-IN platform

Together for inclusive education of children with spina bifida and hydrocephalus

We developed the training platform Multi-IN and all learning resources on it in order to support the multidisciplinary care and inclusion of children with spina bifida and hydrocephalus at schools and kindergartens.

Multi-IN platform provides free access to learning recourses on inclusion of students with spina bifida and hydrocephalus to support the main stakeholders in the educational process, such as teachers, school leaders, special teachers, school psychologists, school nurses, assistants, students, parents and family members.

Multi-IN resource kit includes General Guidelines, Manuals and Educational Video Courses for eight target groups. The platform materials take into account the specific role and needs of the target groups they are addressed to.

Different points of view

Special teams, made of a target group representative, an expert in inclusive education and a specialist in care for children with spina bifida and hydrocephalus, have developed the Multi-IN materials.

A partnership project

Training Multi-IN platform and all materials published here are a joint development of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus-Bulgaria Association as well as the Center for Early Intervention Trnava, Slovakia. They are all developed under the project "Multidisciplinary care for inclusive education of learners with spina bifida and hydrocephalus ", funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme.

Support comes in many forms.

Each of them is important for success.

Free access to the Multi-IN resource kit

All Multi-IN resources are free to download and share, for the purpose of inclusive education of students with special needs. No registration or additional permits required. If you have any questions, our team is at your disposal.

The materials can be translated and adapted to the needs of students with spina bifida and hydrocephalus in other countries. In this case, please contact our team for more information.
