Professional training in Hlohovec: supporting diversity in kindergarten through the Multi-IN approach

In early June 2025, a professional training session was delivered for kindergarten staff from the Municipal Administration of the City of Hlohovec, focusing on the topic “How to support children with diversity in kindergarten”.

The training was led by Terézia Drdulová, Director of the Centre for Early Intervention Trnava (CVI Trnava), a partner organisation in the Multi-IN project. Drawing on her extensive professional experience as a special educator, she shared valuable insights and practical knowledge related to inclusive education.

The main aim of the training was to provide concrete strategies and practical tools that teachers and professionals can immediately apply in their daily work with children with diverse needs. The programme also included space for experience sharing and discussion, which enriched the learning process and encouraged active participation.

Terézia Drdulová is one of the authors of the educational resources developed within the Multi-IN project, where her long-term expertise is reflected in the guidelines for teachers and special educators, supporting inclusion from early childhood onwards.

We would like to thank the City of Hlohovec for its cooperation, as well as all participating teachers for their proactive attitude, interest in professional development and commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive and stimulating environment for all children.
